Get to Know Scott Ezra
Scott Ezra has been involved in commercial real estate for more than two decades. He is a licensed commercial real estate broker who helped in the formation and operation of two different firms. His focus as a broker has been on the purchase, sale, and leasing of investment and owner-user properties for small businesses.
Scott Ezra draws on his experience as an areal estate professional, business owner, and attorney to advise real estate investors and operators in numerous ways, including assessing real estate assets, identifying market trends to assist with expansion and/or asset acquisitions, providing financial forecasting, securing and restructuring loan financing, improving operations (including working with property managers to streamline the leasing, maintenance and repairs processes, and making capital improvements).
